The Employment Rights Bill is in its final stages in the House of Lords and is expected to receive Royal Assent by autumn 2025 — with some key reforms taking effect later this year and most major changes rolling out throughout 2026 and 2027.

Until Saturday 29 November, lane closures will be in place between Boston Manor Road and Ealing Road. Lambeth Bridge eastbound directional closure (Westminster to Lambeth) from 10 February to 19 December 2025. TKJV, working on behalf of TFL will be carrying out public realm improvement works on Lambeth Bridge. Works will necessitate the part closure of Lambeth Bridge.

Please be advised there will be an eastbound overnight (22:00 to 06:00) closure of Knightsbridge eastbound (Knightsbridge Green to Brompton Road  – near the Barracks) on the night of 6 January 2026.
